Matt Phillips, President of PFA Management and Next Horizon Homes, has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Matt has been part of every task imaginable in the building process. He started out as a clean-up worker on projects in high school, and then with more involvement and dedication honed his skills as crew leader and then opened his own companies. Matt franchised those home service companies both as the founder and president including The Painting Pros, Carolina Home Services, Five Star Painting, Southern Kitchen and Bath and AdvantaClean.
In total, Matt had successful exits from all these companies with Consumer Level Revenue in total exceeding $75MM annually. He uses these years of hands-on experience to now manage the many details of his Residential Real Estate Investment Projects and Ziggy Properties Airbnb and Long Term Rental Portfolio.
Matt has held a Building Classification General Contractors license in North Carolina since 2003.
Dr. Anzalone is a board certified emergency physician and is the President and Chief Medical Officer of AeroMD. He currently leads a healthcare team of 40 focused on operational medicine and transport of critically ill patients.
Brendan has been an active real estate investor for the last 15 years focused on short term rental (STR) vacation destinations. Through the years Brendan has procured, financed, operated and managed a multi-million dollar real estate portfolio. He has held and successfully exited various vacation properties along the East Coast, Gulf Coast and in the Rocky Mountains.
Brendan also brings metro market urban/suburban experience through a BRRR to hold STR portfolio. This is a proven model showcasing the growing appetite for urban/suburban STR investments in major metro regions. At Ziggy Capital, he focuses financial strategies and rental production and design to maximize property demand and bookings.
Brendan is a veteran of the United States Air Force, where he served for ten years. He has deployed to four different continents around the globe.
Jason is a passionate, results-driven marketing and sales professional. Jason’s professional journey began with a decade-long run at Honda Motors. Over the last ten years, Jason has built himself a reputation as one of the most accomplished marketing experts in the Mid-Atlantic.
During his tenure with Honda, Jason was consistently recognized for professional accomplishments including earning a coveted District Sales Manager of the Year award. Jason then transitioned into sales leadership. Most notably running the new automotive department at a multi-location dealership. Jason was then recruited into a role in the marketing space, where he has spent the last decade at companies like Team Velocity and Octane Marketing immersed in data driven, multi-channel marketing efforts resulting in high client satisfaction and growth.
At Ziggy Capital, Jason focuses on targeted and direct marketing as a funnel for deal acquisitions.
Etienne is principally the Cofounder and CEO of DigitalJ2, a renowned digital revenue growth agency. DigitalJ2 has solidified itself as one of the premier HubSpot digital agencies in the nation. Etienne is proud to have founded the company seven years ago. Now, DigitalJ2 is an award-winning partner of HubSpot, Google, and Shopify, with a distributed team of 30+ people serving 100+ clients across the United States.
Before founding DigitalJ2, Etienne was formally the Managing Director of G-Force Adventures where he spent two years turning the company into one of the premier outfits in Cabo San Lucas Mexico. He is also an avid investor in commercial and residential real estate, crypto currencies, and startups. Etienne is a regular speaker for Vistage Worldwide – the world’s largest executive coaching and peer advisory organization.

Dylan's experience includes National Finance Director for a U.S. Presidential campaign and the founding of a Political Action Committee. As a Founding Partner of Wefunder, the nation’s largest startup investment platform, Dylan led the investment of over $100 million in companies across 40+ states.
Dylan has a track record of discovering some of the country's most promising entrepreneurs. Dylan’s venture and angel investments include Ginkgo Bioworks (IPO), Meow Wolf ($1B+), the first autonomous electric boat, a Ben and Jerry’s franchise, 10+ breweries, and more. Dylan invests in real estate personally in New York City.
